Overview

One of the popular project from Lanterra developers in 2012 is The Britt Condos being launched in Toronto. This is one of the interesting project by Lanterra developers to convert the Hotel into condominiums with unique architecture and comfort facility, but also with its past fame and glory.

Lanterra Developments just announced that it has acquired the Sutton Place Hotel. They are planning on completely renovating the Hotel and turning it into a condo site.

The changes planned for the Britt Condos are: 1.Adding Balconies 2.Increasing the number of floors 3.Increasing the height of the floors 4.Completely renovating and modernizing the entire building (Inside & Out)
